Job Description:

Contributes to the Business Intelligence team as a seasoned individual contributor, who works independently with minimal supervision. Helps establish and implement projects, programs, and processes in support of the organization's overall Data Analytics & Computational Sciences strategy. Applies advanced knowledge of the Business Intelligence field to establish best of class policies, procedures, and plans for the area.
Assists with developing plans to measure key performance indicators for the BI function.
Integrates methods based on analyses of trends and the competitive landscape to continually improve the organization's BIe strategy.
Helps establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives for the organization to advance Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives.
Contributes to projects, programs, or processes for the BI area.
Evaluates and recommends new vendors, tools, and systems for the BI function.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.​
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team
